>>76574394You need to experiment with meal timings, frequency, and composition (volume of food and types of food). Also, assuming you're going for ~154g of protein, you've had over half of that in your first meal. Think: when do you get hungry, how full do you get after different meals, when do you get hungry again, etc. I'll mention now that if appetite is a barrier then liquid calories are key and a big high kcal shake will be your friend. I recommend making your own with higher quality ingredients then store-bought 'mass gainers' but whatever. I don't want to be too prescriptive but to help you think about stuff you could try something like:1000kcal breakfast with 54g of protein1000kcal early dinner, 54g of protein1000kcal shake, 54g of protein - ideally 2hrs after you finish dinnerOr (cba to do kcal or protein)670kcal,36p breakfast670kcal,36p lunch670kcal,36p dinner1000kcal 54g shake If bloating, feeling full is an issue take a look at the vertical diet. I'm not saying you should follow it, just read about it to get some ideas and things to experiment with.
