How do you work out your legs with real life stuff? Like how did people get strong legs in general

>>76575961Sprint cycling, carrying sandbags, carrying yokes, farmer's carries. Uphill stuff will train calves. Sumo gives you pretty strong legs. Wrestling can as well, but wrestling with pinning will be upper-body and core dominant.
