How do you work out your legs with real life stuff? Like how did people get strong legs in general

Sprint cycling, carrying sandbags, carrying yokes, farmer's carries. Uphill stuff will train calves. Sumo gives you pretty strong legs. Wrestling can as well, but wrestling with pinning will be upper-body and core dominant.

Carrying a cow on your shoulders every day (start when it's a calf).

Back in university my leg press was 600 because I lived in a hilly rural/suburban area, was a lardass and never bought a car. If you want a specific exercise do hindu squats, ass to heels, to exhaustion.

People used to have this thing called a job where they used their bodies to provide services and products to others who may need them. Many of these services involved lifting and carrying things which uses the legs. I know it's difficult for a modern male to understand but try your best, ok?
