>golfer's elbow from too much computer useDoes this shit go away? I'm probably going to go to physical therapy but curious to hear from anyone else. Shit is annoying, I can barely swing my arm or do push ups anymore with this elbow.
>>76577051Yes. At least it went away for me.
>>76577051>Does this shit go away? No, and it's lethal.
>>76577051Stop doing so much volume With push-ups and pull-ups. Honestly, those are young people exercises.Start doing low rep 6-10 strengthening exercises and build for muscular endurance in the forearm muscles. there are different pain patterns in the forearms for this kind of thing that cause tendinitis in the elbow. Check out 1hp physical therapy gaming channel on youtube. I did forearm exercises with rice buckets that helped my arms build muscular endurance so they stopped getting tendinitis in them when using them for long periods on the computer. You also have to incorporate rest periods from your computer in between these workouts to let your forearm muscles recover. Do the forearm rice bucket training, one day and then two days off to rest. Should take about 3/4 weeks to heal consider gealthier activities/more ergonomic posture when computering and schedules breaks, also incorporate stretches for forearms.
>>76577051I got it from gooning/gaming at one point and even got a bit of wrist pain. I haven't had any issues since I did the following:>ice 15min, no ice 15min, repeat 3 times a day>bought thicc padded attachable arm rests for my PC chair>THC/CBD balm massage before bed>slept with various pillows jammed between my arm to prevent pressure on elbow/wrist when sleeping>fucking take it easy and do other shit>pic related is what I think really helpedThere are some other stretches I did, but those apply to the wrist. The pic related I did for 5 seconds 5 times a day until and worked my way up to 10, 15, 20 seconds. My insurance did not cover physical therapy ((they do cover me if I choose to transition lmao) so I couldn't go, but if yours does then why not do what they tell you?Every once in a while when I don't sit right while gaming, I get a bit of pain, but it goes away once I adjust myself. I suffered from tennis elbow for perhaps a year and haven't had it be a real issue for 2.t. sedentary fat fuck
>>76577051It does go away, consider switching to a trackball and check how your elbows are resting on your chair arms
Get the green Theraband Flexbar and do nerve flossing
