>can do 30 pushups without breaking a sweat
>can’t bench my bodyweight for more than 8 reps
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
>>
you're not pushing up your bw, significantly less weight
>>
>>76577069
>can bench 200
>can barely do 25 push ups
I'm skinny af too
>>
You are pushing 65-70% of your bodyweight when doing push ups so it makes complete sense
>>
>>76577069
pushups are only 60% of bodyweight.
no shit dumbass.

Weak abs
>>
>>76577353
It's my arms and shoulders that give up not my abs
>>
>>76577422
they're giving out because your abs aren't carrying the proper weight that they should
>>
>>76577069
I can bench 275 for 8 reps which is significantly higher than my bodyweight and I cant do 20 push-ups.
>>
>>76577069
do harder pushup variations retard
anytime you can do like 15 reps you need to make it harder if you want to get stronger
do diamond pushups, feet elevated pushups, clapping (plyo) pushups, and various combinations of the aforementioned (plyo diamond feet elevated pushups).
Also dips are goated.

can you do ~65% bodyweight bench for 30 reps? You don't move your full bodyweight in a pushup dumbass, draw the diagram. We all did high school physics we all know how levers work, you can do it big boy.
