difference is that natty gains are harder to lose and extremely easy to regain. If you stop lifting entirely for years you'll be week but you can pick it back up and be roughly where you were before you stopped inside of 2 months provided you're not geriatric.

Generally about 10 to 14 days is a good rule of thumb shouldn't experience any strength loss provided you're not doing anything retarded in that time like drinking a bottle of vodka a day and not eating food or something extreme
