How can I improve. My tricep's and lower ab's need work. I only care about aesthetic's. No, I can not bench 225 xD. Yes I am a fag. I am looking for feedback.https://pomf2.lain.la/f/q0ws27wn.png
>cant lift 225
>>76577451Hanging leg raise. Triceps are ez, just increase ur bench and do isolation like skullcrushers, tricep pushdown, single arm dumbbell extension
>>76577469Yeah I have been slacking on the skullcrusher's.Thank you for the feedback.I have been smashing 4 x 10 hanging leg raise 4-5 time's a week for past 2 weeks. Very good exersise.
>>76577478Yea just make sure u are progressively overloading. HLR can get boring/too long to do so if ur already doing that maybe add another exercise for abs and keeping that the same set/reps as a sorta warmup for other ab exercises/leg exercises and add something u can load. like ab crunch machine or incline ab crunch with weights
>>76577495I don't have anything I can load. I add weight to my russian twist. I'm back at my prime of 6 x 10 perfect form slow pull up's gripping concrete door frame. I am gonna get a back pack and put weight's in it since I beat pull up's. I see people adding weight to HLR. Might tie a plate to my leg's.

What is ur routine

Best body I have seen on this board in a while anon
>>76577451There have been quite few small, yet significant tips that I've implemented into my workout routine and it blew up my triceps into having the huge V-shape in my arms- Doing tricep pushdown, but each reps you really focus on the stretching part, while the handle is going up (eccentric part of the exercise), while you're adding a bit of tension on that part. Bonus tip: At the very last rep of it, you hold in a fully contracted straight arm and hold that position for atleast 30 seconds, then you try to slow down the eccentric phase of it as much as you could (The more tension you add, on the eccentric part while stretching your triceps, the better).- Dips are one of (If not) the best exercise for the triceps, since it targets all the 3 muscles of that part of your arms. I'd say it's much worth training THAT couple days a week, instead of HLR.Lower abs, on the other hand, could just be trained by doing deadlifts and squats. Don't bother with it.
>>76577904I don't do dead lift or squat's. Maybe some bulgarian split squat's sometime's.
>>76577451Well since youre being so humble anon, all is forgiven and I will give you advice. Close grip bench, reverse grip bench, and dumbbell press, and weighted dips made my tri's juicy. As for abs, I find everything kinda activates my cores, but if I had to say one thing specific. The rocky 4 leg lifts where you hang 50% of your body off bench and raise your legs, always burns me.
>>76578237Now that you say it I used to do dumbell for chest press but then I stopped working out for 2 year's.I have only been working out hard for past 2 month's.I have been doing barbell since it is easier for me to progressive overload. My tri used to look like super good horseshoe and now they are mid and affecting my bench press.Thank's.

>>76578183My friend, you got some other very important problems to worry about, than just doing the "extra work" on your lower abs and triceps, if that's the case...
