costco stopped selling BCAA's so I ran out and started taking pre workout instead.didn't realize how sore my ass was. my ass was so sore from stairs and deadlifts without my BCAA I couldn't bend over.if you still feel sore anon. maybe just take a break from all that gay sex. you need to let your ass recover.
