Could be 9 billion different things
In my case it was tendonitis of where the spinal erectors attached to my pelvis. Took me 3 months and physical therapy focused on mobility to get it pain free again.

This happened to me too man... im not 100 percent but its form man form form form. I am doing sumo deadlifts now cos of it, but it'll flare up from shit like leg raises.
Gotta watch ur exercises selection now anon...

Many such cases. Don't believe fearmongerers or scam doctors because it will eventually heal. Just takes a long time and rest.

so? do i simply stay home til it stops hurting?
>>
>>76578067
Stretch hamstrings religiously because they can pull your pelvis out of whack. That's connected to your spine fwiw.

i warned you about belts bro
i told you dog

Interesting, sounds like the same issue football helmets/shoulderpads caused, people think because they wear those things they can't get injured and engage in more frequent and more intense injury causing behaviours which surprise, still leads to injury over time
>>
>>76578163
I never needed some nerd article to know belts are gay
>>
>>76578067
Don't do deadlifts dumbass, we warned you. Now reap the consequences of your stupidity. Forever.

can you lift the weight without the belt (same question for sleeves and straps)?
if not then you cannot lift the weight, and this is probably why you got hurt, it's a form of ego lifting. sorry you fell for the equipment meme but good luck on your recovery. go to a pt.
>>
>>76578067
unironically go to a chiropractor. it's 90% bullshit but they are good at one thing, and that's relieving acute pain quickly. also sounds like you either have shit form or you're just too old/fucked up to deadlift anymore so find some kinda substitute
>>
>>76578067
Start deadlifting with baby weights and work through the pain. Increase the weight every workout. That's how I healed after I fucked up my back doing squats with bad form.
>>
costco stopped selling BCAA's so I ran out and started taking pre workout instead.
didn't realize how sore my ass was.
my ass was so sore from stairs and deadlifts without my BCAA I couldn't bend over.
if you still feel sore anon. maybe just take a break from all that gay sex. you need to let your ass recover.
