Not if you use it sparingly. I use like a tsp, mixed with a glove of crushed garlic a tbs of soi sauce and a tbs of vinegar and maybe some minced green onion goes a lot further than just dumping it onto everything

Don't listen to the chuds, OP. That stuff is undeniably good, and the only thing marginally bad for you would be the excessive salt and seed oil, but nothing will kill you if it's in moderation. The only thing killing your gains are the wrong amount of macronutrients and calories in the diet suited to your goals.

Me, I slather than shit on chicken breasts and bake, turns an otherwise flavourless source of protein into food of the gods. Then I top it off with egg fried jasmine rice and stir fried broccoli+onions+carrots.
