This is achievable in about 4 months with any basic linear progression program involving bench, overhead press, chinups and deadlifts. Do some curls, if you want. This physique is below mid in terms of difficulty to achive, esp if youre already thin.

Nutrition and sleep will be critical, however. Eat 150grams per day of meat/egg or fish protein. Every day motherfucker. And slepp 8-9 hours. You still need nutrition and sleep or you wont grow anything.
