Prolonged weight holds as exercise?
Just holding a weighted barbell in the crossed arms position for sets of (x) time.

Is this a viable exercise, if I want to pick up my woman face-to-face and do the secks?

No dude. Loaded lengthening and contracting of the muscle is how you train it most effectively. You can do your holds and it will improve your ability to do holds but its not a good use of time for that goal. Do girl pickups and put downs to failure and you will get better at them faster than anything else.
