Dry fasting will heal your teeth.

Teeth are specialized bones that can heal.
If you eat once a day or in a very tight eating window (2hr) and avoid all sugar & carbohydrates, they will heal.
You can see very noticeable results in about a month of OMAD with no carbs.
They will be whiter (enamel restored) and small superficial cracks or small cavities will slowly begin to close.
The rough surface of eroded teeth will become shiny and smooth like glass.

Just eat zero carbs and do one meal a day for a month. It's not that hard.

No, I will not provide a source for this, and I will not argue with people too lazy and stupid to do it or even understand it.

If you have cavities get the dentist to fix them. To prevent them avoid sugar, brush teeth, and floss regularly.

Hydroxyapatite and fluoride toothpastes. You NEED hydroxyapatite for healthy teeth, dental industry heebs don't want you to know. Fluoride can be used less often but it is necessary. I was one of those shills against it but got a couple black spots when I stopped using it.
