I'm trying to build more muscle, I'm pretty fat but i want to be more bulky & muscular, strong but not weirdly thin & lean.Issue is that I'm disabled- I have pretty severe Equinis Contracture & so my calf muscles & akilies tendon are very short & tight. I cannot bend my legs enough to squat for example, & even arm workouts i have to modify. I can't do normal pushups because I can't bend my feet upwards like that,I need surgery for my legs but I don't know if I'll ever get it. Expensive as fuck. Am I just fucked on being able to do anything fullbody? Or are there some actual excersizes that would work?
>>76579729Have you already tried high vit/potassium/fats/water, and karate stretches and shit?Work on trying to get your split/sprinters and pull on your extended front foot while leaning into it, do it against railing like an assisted split and pull to each side. Also a muscle roller/lacrosse/golf ball to your knee, hip opening stretches and sprinters+quad stretches. Leaning with your head and doing lower core shit like left leg up to the right railing and lean to the right to get everything neutral. The muscle roller on lower leg/ankle/foot and calf stretches are gonna be best to loosen it up when tight.
