There's a YouTube channel (bodybymark) where the guy asks random buff New Yorkers in the street what they do for their workouts and the majority lifts 5-6 days per week, even old guys. Is this the answer to fitness? Is it better than going the standard 2-3 times?
>>76580507>the standard 2-3 timesU wot m8? I know full body guys often do 3 a week, but who the fuck goes 2?
>>76580507>definitely no editorial editalso>Is this the answer to fitness?>Is it better than going the standard 2-3 times?are completely different questions5-6x might feel great, as balance to sitting in an office all daybut that doesn't make it the most effective workoutpeople will still do it though, because feeling great on double the days beats a few % more gainsso what do you want to measure?
>>76580507I'm the most fit I've ever been in my life and only go 2 times a week plus a run once a week, as opposed to going 3-4 times a week when I was younger. I shouldn't be making MORE gains as an old man but it's happening. I've upped my protein intake too, that seems to be a contributing factor.
>the standard 2-3 times a weekThat’s too much bro you are going to get rhabdo or crash your CNS from over training. New lifters should only be lifting once per week. Experienced lifters can handle two times. More than that and you had better be roiding or you are going to fuck yourself up hard
>>76580507Maybe. Maybe not. But what you will defintely tenjd to see is that people with NOTICEABLY fit ohysiques, such as who Mark approaches, are proably compulsive w the lifestyle (diet, drugs, supps, traing) and those people go 5-6 times per week.Normies whop are "in shape" i.e. not fat, can probably get away with 2-3 times per week IF they can nail down the eating piece of the puzzel.but what usually happens is, you only go 2-3 day per week; you egt the det down; the workputs start feeling better; you go more; you look even better; traing becomes its own reward.I lift 5 days per week and would go 6 days, but family makes it impossible. Its easy to go workout because Im jacked, workouts feel great, I look great. If I was just the "not fat" version of fit, 203 days per week would probably be suficient.
>>76580671>203 days per week
>>76580507>5-6 days per weekthis has been common knowledge for like 50 years.Until 19 year old faggots who lifted for 6 months on tren make a shittok video telling you about their revolutionary new workout to get monetized views from dyel retards like you

I went to a bunch of gyms while I was travelling and everyone was doing the brosplit curlbro routine. Some were big. Some small. And everywhere between. It appears internet compounds autism hasn't actually penetrated into the mainstream much at all.
>>76580671Even those that lift less than 6x/week say they're active doing something fitness related e.g. cardio/yoga the days they don't lift. I don't remember even once Mark getting an answer like "I lift 3 times a week and the rest I'm an office drone and Netflix watcher"
>>76580507It's the same frequency if not a little lower. Somewhere in the neighborhood of hitting a given muscle every 3 to 5 days. How you sequence it is mostly irrelevant. But if you're asking anyone "big" in an expensive city it's 100% steroids every time so routine doesn't matter much for them to begin with.
>>76580507Irrelevant, all the guys are on roids. Thats the answer to fitness. Yes, "random" guys still use steroids en masse.

Americans will live in a town like this and say they suffer
>>76582349They do. Every ounce of talent they have gets siphoned off to the population centers. Their tax base dwindles, their economy and trade become non-existent then and when the property values tank enough some rental company buys all the land they build apartments and China-pipeline stores like Walmart fill the apartments with visa workers who commute and the town just keeps getting worse.

>>76580554How come anons with supposed amazing bodies never post them here, a body building board. We also seem to have about 80% posters who make 200k from home only working one hour.
>>76580507I just go every other day, so I end up getting 4 or 5 workouts per week
