>four months isn't enoug-
>>
>>76580528
it's more than enough to get out of shape
>>
>>76580528
No no no NO! CICO IS FALSE! NOOOOOO!
>>
but /fit/ told me bulk and cut cycles don’t work..
>>
This is what Elliot could look like if he put effort instead of cruising around in his dad's BMW
>>
>>76580528
Hell yeah
>>
I was fucking dying (figuratively) after three months of cutting. I just couldn't stand it. I'll do another month or two of cutting to finish after next weekend. Fuck man I couldn't believe I didn't get abs in time for summer this year... Never get fat guys.
>>
>>76580528
I don't believe his skin adapted that quickly. I've been forced to intermittently fast for the past 7 months due to a shitty work schedule and lost lots of fat but my skin hasn't gotten tight like that yet.

>>76580545
They're not ideal because you have to suffer through the bulk (forcefeeding yourself, shitting all the time, not being able to sleep) then suffer through the cut (starving, having shit performance in the gym, glycogen reserves depleting making you feel like you're losing muscle).

Instead you can just eat enough protein and gain muscle over time without the suffering and baggy skin issues.
>>
I fell for the bulking meme and "victim weight" and got obese (yeah I know it's completely my fault, no one forced me to eat, some people manage to pull "clean bulk" for a short period of time) and I am currently cutting... I hope I don't end with loose skin. This is a warning for every skinny dude out there who is about to bulk...
>>
>>76580573
He already had muscles before he bulked. The fat was all on the outside making him lack definition, not visceral fat/huge belly like long term fat guys who didn't have a "base" of muscle.
>>
>>76580545
That's not the only cycle he was on m8
>>
>>76580528
a 500 cal deficit is easier when your bmr is like 3k
>>
>>76580528
With roids you can do anything.
>>
>>76580623
you are a retard, he roided out and thats it, covering a roider wont cover yourself
>>
>>76580528
This guy looks like an actual midget
>>
>>76580528
Natty?
>>
>>76580573
Bro he lost like 15 lbs. His face was puffy in the morning. You can adapt just fine from that.
>>
>>76581092
No lmao.
>>
>>76580528
bullshit
>>
>>76580545
Bulking (as in gaining 2-3lbs a month for intermediates/novices and 1-2lbs for more advanced lifters) for 8-16 months followed by cuts to lose fat to make more room for bulking is bar none the best way to gain the most amount of muscle.

Anyone who has eyes and pattern recognition can see that people who do lean bulk/cut cycles look way better than dudes who just maintain their weight constantly.

>>76581092
Natty or not, in the sense of "is this particular person a lifetime natural" is retarded because you can never be certain. There's some genuine Dyels that are blasting and there's truly massive motherfuckers who are lifetime naturals.

Instead you should ask is this physique attainable naturally for someone with average-ish genetics and the answer is yes.
