These meme exercises are all about gay ass levers(proportions of ur limbs to ur body).. arms slightly shorter or slightly longer will either help or fuck u up compeltly. It has nothing to do with muscle mass and doesnt add any functional strength.
deadlift crushes my junk arms too short yet body proportionate. i did behind back, jefferson, zercher, rack pulls, etc. waste of time. back got stronger on rows and chins. legs got more functional simply being active
