Women are not meant to have abs. Having body fat low enough for abs to show is detrimental to women's cycles. The only way for a female to get a round ass, abs and nice boobs is getting work doneI've met a woman who practices triathlon pretty consistently, she has a very androgynous shape and her body fat is so low her boobs are basically just saggy skin.Holding extra fat is essential for a body made to make more bodies. Femininity is in having some fat in the right places.
