When you go out, what foods do you eat to maintain CICO?

Its impossible to socialise, have a life, and eat healthy

Calorie average over the week is a much better way of measuring it than day to day.

I eat whatever I want that time and go back at it again the day after , never enjoying yourself without constantly thinking of calories is unhealthy and is just gonna make your life miserable. You will maybe lose some grams of progress but it aint the biggest deal. CICO should be a slow and steady

This is like saying you shouldn’t keep your house clean because people with OCD keep their house clean and you don’t want to develop a dangerous mental disorder.
Every idiot who googles symptoms of different mental disorders thinks they have that disorder because at one point of time they’ve experienced a symptom or two. Disorders are things because they take small things everyone does at some point and takes them to the extreme.

Part of losing weight and keep it off is by making consistent life style changes, if you're crash dieting or doing something unfit for long term you're ngmi.

If you want to have a hog night go ahead, maybe plan it? (I'm going to eat an extra 900 calories, so I'm going to walk an extra mile a day for 5 days leading up to it, then 3 miles after) Or, I'm going to walk 4 miles, then cut 400 calories and have a shake instead of lunch the day after.

If you don't have what assholes label "an eating disorder" in the current modern American food climate, you are almost certainly fat, sick and weak.

Everybody has to think, reflect, measure, meter, enjoy and restrict somewhat. One cannot just rely on a healthy food culture/tradition or internal hunger signal regulation. Its all too broken for that.
