I've been taking Zinc and L-arginine tablets for 1.5 months and my dick gets so hard that it hurts sometimes. Feeling less depressed and getting more sources of dopamine it feels like.

What else can I add now? I've largely been anti-supplement until now, this feels great
>>
>>76581485
Definitely copper unless you eat like Liver King, because you've been overdosing zinc about long enough to start getting copper deficiency and hair color skill issues manifesting more global DNA damage repair skill issues, kek.

> taking a supplement literally named “copper”
jfl can’t stop a coper from coping. sorry anon but you are NGMI
>>
>>76581485
How much of each are you taking a day?
>>
>>76581963
Romania
>>
switch out zinc to ZMA
switch out arginine to citrulline
add vitamin D(no, you're not getting enough even if you live in a sunny climate unless you literally work outdoors all day)
that's the basic stack
also creatine if you're actually lifting
>>
>>76582121
>switch out zinc to ZMA
ZMA usually has shit ratio and bad sources of Magnesium.
>switch out arginine to citrulline
Some people react better to arginine. Even though it's almos the same shit.
>add vitamin D
D3+K2 10.000UI a day.
>also creatine if you're actually lifting
Good for looking like a bloated pig and losing hair.
>>
>>76581963
I was doing 25 mg Zinc for the first 3 weeks, now doing 50 mg.
L-arginine I'm taking 1500mg
>>
>>76582667
Thanks senpai.
>>
>>76581485
>>76581488
Should i even supplement it if im planning on consuming more offal soon ? I want mad boners as well but most supplements that arent multivitamin seem overkill
>>
>>76582775
You have weird logic there friend. Multivitamin are overkill and often cause more harm than good. They have substances that compete with each other for the absorption.

Do this:
>eat 200-300g of Liver a week
>take 15-30mg of Zinc EOD
>D3+K2 daily
>Magnesium 300-500mg daily
>Boron 6mg 2 weeks daily, 1 week off
You'll feel much better after this.
>>
>>76582796
>D3+K2 daily
I think it's dangerous to do this daily
>>
>>76581485
For testosterone?

Zinc, boron, magnesium and vitamin D are the big 4, all of these have a shit ton of research supporting their effectiveness. There's also supplements which may or may not help, those are Ashwagandha (if you're stressed this will probably help quite a bit), tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis.

For muscle?
Creatine and that's basically it, any other supplement is either bullshit or just not worth the money.
>>
>>76582796
Also vitamin E, almonds, olive oil and avocadoes play an important role in test
>>
>>76582796
>don't take a multivitamin
>take the ingredients of a multivitamin
>>
>>76582796
>Do this
I wont because we dont share the same body you daffodil
>>
>>76582810
They are not the same quality, multivitamin is underdosed and components there compete with each other for absorption, since they are synthetic, they don't work as well as eating Liver does.
>>76582824
Then don't. You're completely irrelevant to me. Live or die, suffer you obnoxious imbecile. Your choice.
>>
>>76581485
Makes me dream
I avoid it
>>
>>76582828
Depends which type of ass-backwards shithole you happen to live in
In civilised world we have standards
Liver is good though
>>
>>76582860
I bet you're from US. In which case, you have no standard and you eat even worse quality than some ranjeesh from pajeetlanka.
>>
>>76582828
You're getting mad that i'm not sharing your DYEL malnourished brown body
>>
>>76582869
This is how trying to help you retards always ends. Fine, enjoy your A-Z like a moron. I'm not the one below 200lbs here.
>>
>>76582875
The only person over 250lbs i know is your mom
>>
>>76581485
I took a generic "recovery supplement" the other day and yesterday, for a grand total of 20mg of zinc.
I always wake up with an hard cock but this time it was like being 14 again.
The problem is that this motherfucker activates my beard follicle and now I got a new hair near the nose. Also I'm pretty sure it accelerates hair loss by bringing hair into the state where they become receptive to DHT. I say this because I started seriously losing hair two years ago at 35 just after taking a zinc supplement for a week.
>>
>>76582838
This, been taking zinc for a few weeks and gives me really “livid” dreams
>>
>>76581485
Change out arginine with citrulline, your body turns it into arginine, no upset tummy
>>
>>76583042
for some odd reason i responded better to arginine
>>
what's the best magnesium supplement, i'm so confused. magnesium oxide, citrate, glycinate... what ones do i buy bros
>>
>>76581979
That's too much
>>
>>76583111
Oxide is the biggest garbage.
Citrate is very good, but can cause diarrhea in some people.
Glycinate is good, I haven't seen anyone complaining about gastric issues.
>>
>>76583151
What if i get citrate and it gives me diarrhea. i'm more prone to constipation anyways. is that a win?
>>
>>76583297
Smart. Some get diarrhea, some don't. I had no issues with Citrate in my early 20s. All went to shit(hehe upvote reddit) after 30s.
>>
>>76581485
Buy the entire supplement listing on Amazon.
You won't improve unless you buy every single supplement
>>
>>76583297
not really as premature mobility of the digestive system means you aren't digesting nutrition at the same rate.
>>
>>76581485
You'll get a copper deficiency from the zinc
>>
>>76582798
Nope, zinc daily is more dangerous.
>>
>>76581979
lmao I know what this is referencing
>>
>>76581485
>Zinc toxicity is a medical condition involving an overdose on, or toxic overexposure to, zinc. Such toxicity levels have been seen to occur at ingestion of greater than 50 mg of zinc
>>
>>76584854
>>76583614
Copper skill issues are the only problem with mild zinc overdoses.
>t. done mild zinc overdose for a few months with good copper skills
>>
Is 50mg zinc every day too much? It has copper too so not worried about that
>>
>>76583614
>>76584998
Minerals are hard to understand. I thought Iron blocked Copper, Zinc does too? Does Iron also block Zinc?

I found my first gray hair the other day, and it may be just unavoidable because of genetics, but I have no desire to speed up graying from Cu deficiency. I've been trying to eat more cashews and oysters since they're supposed to be high in Cu.
>>
>>76585028
>50mg zinc every
lol
>>
>>76585322
what
>>
>>76585334
15-20mg EVERY OTHER FUCKING DAY is more than enough. 50mg a day is a suicide.
>>
>>76581485
Wish finasteride didn’t fuck me over
>>
>>76581485
this seems like the best thread to ask this, how do you guys organize your supplements? I have a bunch of supplement bottles and I just keep them all in a cardboard box in my room so I have to dig through it when I want something. there has to be a better way
>>
>>76582796
Another retard who cycles boron.
Are you drinking water as well 2 weeks on, 1 week off?
>>
>>76585521
Just say you like high estrogen, you sure sound like you do.
>>
>>76585028
Yes, it is way too fucking much
It won't fuck you up in weeks, but surely will in months
>>
I eat oysters 1x a week and it's like 200mg of zinc, but does your body store it over the week or does it just piss it out since it's too much?
>>
>>76586237
How do you not get food poisoning all the time?
>>
Wait I just reread the OP, is this thread about supplements for testosterone and general health or cooming?
>>
>>76582803
Is there a preferred brand for Ashwaghanda? I feel like half these brands just sell dirt pills.
>>
>>76586972

St. John's wort and Kava stack
St. John's wort stabilizes mood. It's been prescribed as a mild antidepressant in Europe. Just check for interactions if you're taking any medications. Kava alleviates anxiety and has analgesic properties. Works well for recovery. Don't bother with the ritualistic nonsense about drinking kava.
