Squat and DL with free weights and never tgink about dumb shit like this.
>>
>>76581573
Tie a band somewhere and move your ankle

I over invert my ankles too much. Sprained it like 2 months ago. What do?
>>
>>76581573
Stand on a half stability ball and move your ankles in a circle.

walking in sand barefooted

Walk on lots of rough terrain at fairly high speed. I can trip and not even break stride at this point. Just avoid seriously rocky areas.
>>

Stop typing with one hand every time you see feet pervert

Taekwondo (or ballet) unironically.

anon these muscles are tiny and not worth training for aesthetics. It's why no one bothers with forearm extensors - if a tiny muscle doubles in size it's still tiny compared to everything else

He likely trains them for injury prevention. I do forearms because I want to avoid elbow issues and ankles because otherwise I get shin splints
