What I've noticed for years now is that whenever I eat too many carbs, I usually feel like I'm going to faint about an hour later, but nothing biggie, since I never collapse, I just feel like I haven't eaten anythingAnd now I'm back to calorie deficit, and after I drink soda with no sugar, it makes me feel like I'm going to faintNo idea what's causing this, never get a health check up
