my c7 vertebrae (the round bony bone that you can feel if you touch the back of your neck) is sore and idk why, but i'm pretty sure it's got to do with the gym?

any idea what could be causing it and how i can fix this?

if i tilt my neck upwards all the way back it feels off too

this fixes it, not meme.
You have to feel it a bit though so listen to your body.
If you don't feel it enough sit back on your legs more, if you feel it too much lift off your legs a bit.
Once you feel the stretch gently move your head to the left and right.
This is basically the only way to gravity stretch C7 without an inversion system.

Move your whole upper body instead of just your neck when you are gargling cocks

maybe you're looking up like a mouthbreather instead of down when deadlifting and squatting

do u think it could be possible that its due to me straining during last reps of pull ups

or idk bad bench press form or something
