I go to a fully equipped gym and the only things I do that can't be replicated by the above are hamstring curls, leg extensions and ez-bar preacher curls

yes, you absolutely do

greater ROM, greater reliance on chest.
perfect companion/accessory to training bench for strength, you can always bang out a 3x10 with the DBs and focus on movement quality rather than weight (which will be substantially less anyway if you barbell bench with a mid grip), you can't train heavy bench multiple times a week once you get past 2pl8+ for reps

only variant except for ez-bar preacher that actually hits my biceps. cables don't do shit, standing barbell doesn't do shit
