Also have pain in right abdomen. Went to the doctors this year had an ultrasound and was told my gallbladder is normal. Got a hida scan, normal.

But, I have all symptoms of gallbladder problems including irregular stools/dumping/problems eating food with too much fat and having to go immediately. All this shit came out of nowhere, but I believe my cholesterol has been elevated for a while.

The thing is, I don't drink my jobs is physical labor I'm not overweight and my diet is mostly home cooked meals. I have a dull pain in my right side and sometimes a cold sensation in it as well. Any ideas why I'm so jacked?

I assume you're male. Are you native? Jewish? Diabetic? How old are you? What's your direct and total bilirubin and your ALP? Have you ever used injection drugs? Are you on meds? If so, which ones?

36, Hydroxizyne as needed for sleep/sometimes melatonin, White guy. Never used injection drugs. Not Diabetic.

"Bilirubin, Total 0.9" is the value I can find, there is no direct value listed. I do remember a doctor tellings me I had Gilbert's Syndrome and my eyes used to get yellow.

F Alkaline Phosphatase 65.

The only thing is I started taking creatine and working out the week prior to this test but honestly I've felt off for a while.

A1C? Don't worry too much about LDL. Increase your HDL and decrease your HDL.
>>
>>76585638
I mean decrease triglycerides not HDL. For the love of god don't take statins.

AST ALT are mildly elevated, indicating it's been irritated but not enflamed due to a viral infection.

Your TGs and Cholesterol are definitely high. Did you eat before you got your blood drawn? If you're young, diet change and exercise will help. If you're past 35, and have other cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis) calculate your ASCVD risk with an online calculator. Fibrate medications would help with the high cholesterol.

Your gastrointestinal symptoms sound like a malabsorption issue. Without a full workup and history, it could be anything from gallbladder stones (due to high cholesterol) or Chron's disease.

I recommend you make an appointment with a gastro specialist so your malabsorption issue can be worked up. They'll be able to order more specific tests to narrow it down.

Curious about this, care to expand on it?

What's your gut microbiome health like? Gut is the second brain. Are you lactose intolerant? Have you read into leaky gut?

Your cholesterol is likely high because of the way you're eating. You're most likely currently developing heart disease.

Don't worry about it, he's your typical contrarian schizo. High LDL-C is bad and statins work.
