Does doing a deep isometric stretch on a muscle after lifting help with hypertrophy?
As long as you fatigue all the motor units in the targeted muscle till failure, isometrics won't do much if anything at all.
>>76585348>Does doing a deep isometric stretch on a muscle after lifting help with hypertrophy?what makes u think your lifting works the muscle u want worked in the first place? no curl has ever grown any biceps this is c-bum, and that list sodomite never grew any long head of biceps - it is exactly the same as when he started roidooting
>>76585492>this is c-bum, and that list sodomite never grew any long head of biceps - it is exactly the same as when he started roidootingi could fix this sodomite's biceps :D >>76586013>and biceps can't be worked with curls cause u're stabilizing humerus staying vertical the other way around with deltoid which pinches long head at shoulder tendon which will fuck up entire biceps but long especially, pinched muscle can't hold contraction - presented by van dam here is properly developed long head of biceps>so u need to lock humerus in place to allow relaxed delt - sit on bench and lean on elbow/forearm with dumbbell in hand, supinate and flex biceps - now it can work and it will growand as always bot - the opposite of what u shill: >>76585348>deep isometric stretchshallow isometric contraction*just make sure u are working the actual muscle lol u don't want to grow random stuff that looks like shit do ya ?
>>76585348Not really no.
>>76585348stretching post workout intends to resolve muscle knots and promote recovery for your next workout. so indirectly, yes. also consider massage or deep tissue work.
