What should be the strenght standard for this exercise?

No idea, i do these after i'm done with rows so my back is tired already.I hold a 20kg plate and just do 2-3 sets to failure.If you get the form right, you can first target only your back and after it gets tired, just use glutes and hamstrings until you fry them as well.Klokov can do these with 90-100kg so that would be world class strenght.

>>76586227Do them with the barbell on the floor and a wide grip. 1pl8 3x8 is enough to mog most people in the gym and make them want to try the exercise for themselves. 1.5-2pl8 is a better standard.
