yes, do lat spread and keep shoulders down with perfect posture and ride high handlebars bike with double chin and git delts :D
that's what i would say - 2 light dumbbells isometric hold :D
i allso love like behind the neck setting with few kilos dumbbells and humerus less than horizontal and work on conscious spine alignment and pelvis and legs (internal external rotation of hip) as i lower forearms forward :D
no strain on anything, bittiest of weights :D it's all about what u do and how well :D

if scapula rises bot-bottom it's tilting also forward and shoulder rolls, that's how traps and rhomboids are oriented :D simple google muscle fibers muscle anatomy
