Unfortunately the only way I have of going to the gym is by biking 20 mins going and 20 mins back. How many gains am I losing by doing this? I have 3 months left of working to save up for a car but the next 3 months the weather is gonna get considerably shittier. How much of a setback is this? Should I just get a loan?
>>76587395Anything under 30 and not strenuous is fine and probably even beneficial
Moderate workout and moderate dieting should be seen as an act of piety, we should communicate this to our youth riding the conservative wave.
Biking to the gym is pretty based but not in the rain
>>76587395just get an ebike they're only like 400$ on amazon now
>>76587395>only way to get to gym is mild cardio>guys is cardio bad for you actually?I've biked in rain, snow, wind, and sun. It's fine.
>>76587395I mean...what's the financial impact of taking an Uber or cab over biking? This post is so fucking vague it pissed me off. What's the intensity? Is it all down hill then uphill? Do you stop often? Like fuck dude you're probably not losing any gains and it just genuinely helping your cardio vascular health. If you're worried about it, get a mountain bike with gears so you don't have to pedal hard. God damnit I hate you
>>76587763Its sort of like a bell curve the day there so i go uphill on both ways. I try to keep it easy to not hinder any gains but the thing is thats not always possible because the wind goes against you and I need to pedal considerably harder. Its a 20 minute bike ride where I'm not going all out but makes me sweat a good bit. It has been doable during the summer but rain and even stronger winds are coming and I don't know how sustainable this will be
>>76587395>he doesnt have a poncho for cycling in the rainNgmiReally you'll have more gains from cycling though.
>>76587395who did that painting, its epic
>>76589291Will I though?Im a minmaxer and count calories and all that, I really feel like even if I was eating to compensate for those calories, the effort even though its not HUGE is hindering me
>>76587395Throw a $100 ebike conversation kit on her. You don't need a (((car))). You think it's just the initial cost? You have to pay registration, gas, and insurance. You're clearly poor and should lock in on finding a better job instead of making gym gains.
>>76589386This was the first month at my job. To buy a car I would need to save for around 3-4 months, which is when the weather will be getting worse too.I am poor yes but what Im asking is what is the best way to approach this.
>>76587395You probably skip legs anyway so this is a great opportunity
>>76587395Anon, cycling to the gym is admirable, it will be worth the sacrifice when you have enough for a car. All the best fren
>>76589491Thanks anon means alot
