Hit that deadlift and bench like 15 years ago so I may be misremembering. Hit the squat years later (because I don't give a shit about squats) and I only thought to go for the ohp after I came here and read about 1/2/3/4 every day, and figured yeah what the hell I may as well go for it to complete the checklist. (I always had relatively weak shoulders)

Before I started lifting I already fucked around with dumbbells and mostly did shoulder presses, so on day one of BB OHP I could already do around 100 lbs for reps. In the first few weeks my OHP and my bench were pretty much equal.

Those are 5RMs, never did 1RM except deadlift and it was over 5plate. I've just always sucked at bench and squat. The spine injuries from deadlifting prevented me from ever getting the squat too high.
