hey /fit/ this is my cat rupert, i had a fitness related about him.he likes to zoom around really fast sometimes, is it possible to train enough to keep up with him during these times?

For example a british shorthair can "only" run 25-30km top speed, while some longer legged cats can do 30-48km/hSo the fastest cats are impossible to outrun.Usain bolt can outrun rupert, but only for a couple of seconds, so your bar should at least reaching olympic level sprinting.
