I do Muay Thai, BJJ, and boxing back to back for a total of 4 hours. At the end I am exhausted.

Is depleting myself of electrolytes a good thing or should I be replenishing it in between?

Is salting my water and adding honey to it enough?

whats up, i used to do two bjj classes, then a kick boxing class, then an hour and a half of weight lifting.

so, experts say that if you are training that much, you should be exerting your self at only thirty percent of your max capacity. any higher and you will get injured and wind up missing more training.

you should specifically be taking magnesium, specifically, atleast three times the daily reccomended value, as super atheletes need atleast three times what a regular person, and the daily reccomended value is too low for the average person.

you should also be supplementing salt and potassium.

i like to use potassium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate.

also, take lots of collegen and omega 3 fatty acids.
