I still cant really understand gyno. If you are like the OPs picture that is CLEARLY AND OBVIOUSLY gyno. But if he doesn't have any glandular tissue, and its all just fat deposit and loose skin, then technically he only has pseudo-gyno? I ask because one of my nipple areas is slightly puffy from when I got fat. But there is no hard tissue in there. Could I theoretically fix that if I got really lean? The guy picured in the OP does not have any hope because even at 1% bodyfat the loose skin is just gonna look like tits anyway

I have mild gyno, it's very annoying because I'm not overweight so it's noticeable under clothes. Those under armour compression shirts help though
