You always do those exercises? Switch up your routine. Do something you never did. Try dumb stuff from social media, look up different exercises on your tracking app, try different grips... I did PPL religiously for months, got fed up with it, switched over to full body 6x per week, made me love the gym again.

Sometimes I feel lazy. But I take 25mg ephedrine and preworkout with 250-300mg caffeine and it's enough.
