the weight you lift simply doesn't matter whatsoever, look at julian fitzgerald or zyzz, or farquad, even doctor mike

it's literally just genetics and proper form with moderate to low weights, jay cutler never trained for strength, yes he got strong but his main rule was always do sets with something you can rep 12 times

weight literally doesn't matter as long as you are going to failure with something that is moderately challenging

when I was in high school I had basically the exact same proportions and lifts that I do now so it has nothing to do with roids, in terms of making you lift more

to get beyond natty limit you have to use peds, it just is what it is, and if you want to cope with being smaller than me, so be it

please post your arm size, leg size, shoulder circumfrence and how many lifts you can't do because you went to snap city

but I was also extremely mechanically advantaged in the overhead press and put up intermediate numbers in it

which convinced me thoroughly that strength standards literally mean nothing in the grand scheme of things

use a weight that works for you and go at high intensity, as long as it is challenging and your form is good it doesn't matter

doesn't all go away. i've been following a youtuber bodybuilder who was on literally everything + gh and insulin, then stopped everything completely for 6 months to observe and record the changes, and his muscle mass dropped from 60kg to 50kg (from 110kg to 105kg bw) and about 8-9% increase in bf after 3 months and then stayed the same for next 3 months. this is why ex-roiders who go off cycle for a while still own natty shows vs real natties.
