Greetings /fit/izens
>31 BMI couch(computer chair) potato
Just finished my first week (3rd workout) with a pull-up bar, I'll probably repeat this week and try for better form / reps / time.
Wanted to know if this slop will get me there or am I better off with something else.
Most videos I've seen are variations of these exercises, I just don't have a good spot (or feel like readjusting the bar every time) for inverted rows.

READ THE FUCKING STICKY NEWFAG

Can't see anything in the sticky about progression to a first pull-up, closest is a paywalled link to band assisted pull-ups.

Negatives are a meme get some resistance bands + scapular pullups and maybe do negatives when you're really out of fuel

oh and lose weight

>everytime you get up to shit or pee do pull ups
shit is very low stress so you can do it all day essentially, inb4 i just le CANT. get a band to assist you lol you really can't do enough even with heavy lifting simply because your v taper always needs it and your upper body will always lag.
