Greetings /fit/izens>31 BMI couch(computer chair) potatoJust finished my first week (3rd workout) with a pull-up bar, I'll probably repeat this week and try for better form / reps / time.Wanted to know if this slop will get me there or am I better off with something else.Most videos I've seen are variations of these exercises, I just don't have a good spot (or feel like readjusting the bar every time) for inverted rows.
