What's your fat free mass index(FFMI), /fit/? Just how jacked are you?
The world is so unfit that I constantly get compliments despite not even reaching 22 yet
>>76592715I initially called bullshit on the bf% measurements but the navy bf% calculator and the caliper measurements gave me basically the same thing so whatever.t. feel way way fatter than 29%
>>76592907Input 50% for a more accurate reading
>>76592907You must be roiding or an elite natty lifter to that high FFMI.But you're not. You're an obese slob wildly underestimating your body fat
>>76592911>50%Yeah nah. If you input my raw BMI of 36 instead of estimated bf% then it's' still over 23, and there is absolutely no way in hell I'm less muscular than the average skinnyfat jfc, though I am certainly more fat the average person. My fat mass index is like 10 or 11 iirc, which is something like 90-95th percentile. >>76592915I lifted from age 13 to age 20 and then picked it back up when I started losing weight at 27. I squatted 405 at 17. And I never denied being obese. I was fat, still am fat, and will likely always be fat. Take solace in the fact that you are not fat.And since you mention elite natties, Greg Doucette from before he hopped on gear was around 27 FFMI if we assume 5'6/175lbs/5%bf. Ronnie Coleman natty at 5'11/215/5%bf would've been 28 FFMI. Even though far from natty, peak Arnold would've been around 29, but that was way before the mass monster era. Mass monster guys are way above that. Ronnie's peak at 5'11/297/4% bodyfat was 39 FFMI, and Big Ramy at his peak would be about 40 FFMI at 5'11/315/5%bf.
>>76593049how mentally ill are you that you memorized all these people's height, weight, body fat percent etc.?holy shit get a fucking life
>>76593107>/fit/ astounded by two minutes of googlingthe state of this place
>>76592907>bodyfat 70%the formula is shit, apparently
>>76593267It's mislabeled and should say lbs.>>76592907 243 - 172.53 = 70.47>>76592871 190 - 161.5 = 28.5
>>76592715Am I a big guy yet?
