what are some exercises i can do to make my movements more fluid? it feels like it takes an entire day to for me to loosen up. this is for dancing btw im way too stiff nowadays.

I was just about to say take dancing lessons lol.
I know an ex-ballet chick who still moves like crazy and basically all she does a lot of yoga.
I'd say yoga/stretching and keep dancing, it should get easier in time

The forefronts mainly. It's the fluidity im lacking really badly.

no pain. its mostly my joints i can hear them crack alot. i have been taking supplements to see if it helps but idk yet. im 28 so i feel its a little early for all this lol.

try to do your workouts in the morning, and do a proper warm-up and a stretch, cool-down. keep your muscles warm. take your supplements and keep working.
