How to have a good night's sleep after an intense and long workout? I am going to this fitness class in the evening, and it's really intense. However, I have big trouble with sleep after such a training, even if I go to bed three hours later. I will have trouble falling asleep or will wake up way to early and feel agitated. What do you do to still sleep good after an intense workout?
