How to have a good night's sleep after an intense and long workout?

I am going to this fitness class in the evening, and it's really intense. However, I have big trouble with sleep after such a training, even if I go to bed three hours later. I will have trouble falling asleep or will wake up way to early and feel agitated.

What do you do to still sleep good after an intense workout?

Helps with muscle recovery too. Unless Ive had a fuck ton of caffiene it knocks me out really quick. You also will probably want to take a fat shit as soon as you wake up tho
