Can I actually build muscle with these things?

I moved to a new place and won't have access to a gym more than once per week. Thinking of using rings on the other days.

It doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough for the next few months until I figure out a better gym situation.

as long as you spend your time doing actually useful shit aka the best compounds (OHP/HSPU, weighted pullups and dips, squats, deadlifts, bench/planche pushups) you will keep growing
if you want to do sick skills on rings like iron cross first you need to become strong because calisthenics is relative strength to your bodyweight, rings will make the lift safer and better for longevity but performance wise your weights will drop
if you can't dip or OHP your own bodyweight you are not strong, se get that white ass moving nigga
