I currently got a 5-day-week PushPullLegs program, which doesn't mention any cardio. Whenever I do Cardio I'm too wasted to do any lifting, so am I supposed to do it on the rest days? But aren't rest days there to rest?

Just do a 30 min cardio session before starting your workout, as a warmup

push through it faggot until you feel great

You supposed to do it every gym day after lifting. Doing cardio before will always reduce your strength

This is what I do and it works for me.

Every day do treadmill for an hour as soon as I wake up.

Mon-Fri I do my weight training in the evening for about 1- 1 1/2hrs.

If you do it the other way around or cardio straight after the weights it diverts blood flow away from muscle building.
Also helps with sleep.

lmfao.
Do a 3 day full body program like the fucking sticky tells you to.
Then you'll have 2 days to do cardio like the fucking sticky tells you.
