once you unfuck the results, the best for fat burn was actually fasted jogging.
However, it was the only thing done fasted.
fasted swimming and fasted incline walking, would probably be better.
However, jogging, incline walking and swimming all work well because its zone 2. The modality deosn't matter, its just being in zone 2 heartrate zone.

However, these numbers and stats don't take into consideration the POST EXERCISE energy expendature; the recovery process (from sprinting for instance) also burns calories.

If u are trying to lose fat via exercise:
- Do it fasted
- Do High heartrate stuff (ideally b4 zone2 stuff)
- Do zone 2 heartrate stuff

for myself i used fasting + walking to get shredded
now maintaining easy on carbs + lean meat, fat as low as possible
once i ate high at meal i dont do it again for awhile on increase fat burning again by fasting and walking
