Someone pushed a 145 pound box out of my hands that I had above my head about 4 years ago that I was putting on a conveyor built. Fucking retarded stoner thought I needed help and fucked my shit up and said OH SHIT MY BAD. Ignored the pain and went home and bench pressed and felt a pull in my neck. When I woke up I physically couldn't move my neck.

The first time I went to the doctor they said that now that I had the injury it was susceptible to being injured again. A few years later I pulled it again straining while OHP and that's when another doctor told me do shrugs and I won't get that injury anymore.
