Hey /fitLooking for advice regarding current workout plan.Background: Have a home gym with a half rack, barbell, easy curl and dumbbells all adjustable weights and a basic pulley system. Wanting to limit different workouts to two due to only getting 3-4 workouts a week.Workout ABench press 4x 6-8Bented over rows 4x 6-8Calf raisers 4x 6-8Bicep curls (ez bar) 4x 6-8Workout BSquat 4x 6-8OHP 4x 6-8Tricep pull downs 4x 6-8Deadlift 1x 5-8Generally go to fail on last set except deadlift. Trying to target a general whole body workout.Any advice of what to change or improve on? Pic related, what I'm trying not to be.
