Back at the gym after a while and i've watched probably like 5h+ of his videos and i still don't know what the fuck is his advice
here's what i do right now
3x8-12 for every exercise
Pull
>DB rows
>standing ez curl
>Pulldowns
>Pullovers
>reverse grip ez bar curl
Push
>flat bench
>ohp
>pushdowns
>Flyes
Leg
>squat
>leg curls
>leg extensions
>calf raises
>>
I won't forgive him for not uploading for months only to drop a normieslop video about muh incels.
>>
>>76594286
in all fairness you have to be incredibly shallow to dedicate your life to training for looks and some surface level pseudo philosophy it's kind of sad
>>
stop watching goyslop
>>
>>76594209
his first videos are good
>>
>>76594286
this. Also I hate this fag for going against what he preached. Remember how he said he will never monetize what he's doing? Remember how he said he doesnt give a shit about normie topics?
>>
>>76594645
I don't remember bc this is a literal nobody
>>
>check his latest video (4 months ago)
>"everytime he comes back , he somehow manages to look even more homeless than before . Truly beautiful, glad to see you back nh sir"
>"bro is on his homelessmaxing arc"
>""Get a dog" Dogpilled af"
yeah, comments jeeted to shit

Yeah I remember that whole "I'm never going to charge you for a program" bullshit. I knew it was over when he started streaming and saw how his simps would throw money at him. Funny thing is the guy is no different then those looksmaxing fags who sell face ratings. NH does the same thing but for the body.
>>
>>76594857
oh I remember also how he mentioned he will never livestream because it makes the relationship too parasocial between him and his viewers.

Months later, he started doing weekly streams, not even about lifting, but about stories from his fucking childhood. FUCK THIS GUY
>>
>>76594209
How's his cult coming along?
>>
>>76594209
Personally I’d add in RDLs on leg day but there’s literally nothing wrong with your program and you should keep doing it. 3x8-12 is exactly what you want but personally I prefer only going to 8 on compounds. Keep it up and you’ll do great. Don’t egolift and don’t get frustrated when you plateau. If you’re plateau’d you’re exactly where you need to be from a hypertrophy standpoint to hit peak muscle activation and trigger the stimulus to grow.
>>
>>76595372
had to stop lifting because i couldnt afford it
>personally I prefer only going to 8 on compounds
good point, i remember people talking about this
my issue with compounds is that they're fucking hard to fail like squat especially, bench also to an extend but you can sort of do that roll, squat i have never failed idk what i'd to desu
i was thinking of adding abs on push and pull days and something like skullcrushers and those sitted curls on leg day and i need to figure out how to super set all of this stuff so i don't waste time at the gym
>>
>>76594731
He was...I blame getting married personally
>>
>>76594209
The best advice you can get from him is that you should ignore him entirely.
>>flat bench
>>ohp
Switch to weighted dips and incline press on a 30-45 degree bench. Add some lateral raises to your push day. Add a grip exercise to your pull day.
>>
>>76595386
Dont fail on compounds, terrible idea. If you’re trying to fail on compounds then just do machine substitutes. Otherwise, go to failure on isolations after your compounds for the day. Really only do isolations you can fail safely as well. No lying skullcrushers or pullovers so you don’t cave your skull in. Compounds in general aren’t great for hypertrophy because they heavily depend on your anatomy for what muscle is going to near failure and the element of skill/stability in the movement limiting the weight used. So its better to just treat them as strength movements that have a knock on effect of hypertrophy. You do still need to do compounds because its pathetic to be huge and pushing babby weight, and other benefits like bone density, CNS strength and general athleticism.
>>
>>76594209
Just do one of his beginner programs if you're starting back up again
To tweak your program in his style I'd probably do
Pull
>RDLs OR BB rows (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
>Chinups OR Lat Pulldowns (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
>DB Curls, superset into DB Pullovers (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
>Wrist Curls (3 sets, 10-15 reps)
Push
>Flat OR Incline BB Bench (2 sets, 6-10 reps)
>Overhead Triceps extensions (2 sets, 10-14 reps)
>Lat Raises superset Situps (3 sets, 8-12 reps)
Leg
>BB Squats superset Calf Raises (3 sets, 6-10 reps)
>Leg Extensions superset Neck Curls (2 sets, 10-14 reps)
>Leg Curls (2 sets, 10-14 reps)
In a 3 days on, 1 day off frequency. That is my recommendation
>>
>>76595568
>Switch to weighted dips
too fat, also worried about joints (but i'd probably at least try them if i could do them)
>incline press on a 30-45 degree bench
yeah i probably should do that and chest flyes but i kind of just want to bench for ego
i already have mild gyno so focusing lower/mid pecs is probably a bad idea
>>76595687
>Dont fail on compounds, terrible idea
so i should just go easy then? well it's not like i can always just tell if i can make a rep or not but i guess i'll try to apply that
>No lying skullcrushers or pullovers so you don’t cave your skull in
i may be wrong but i can fail both pretty easily
>>76595736
>RDLs
too retarded for that
>bb rows
can't do them, may be too tall. db rows work great for me though, also much less of a hassle to set up
well anyway, the point is that i'm not even sure if i want to do PPL. From what I've heard him say you can train arms more often than most groups so maybe i could do pushdowns on pull day and something like skullcrushers on leg day also? i also want to train abs because of swimming and general posture issues
i also got nasty stretch marks from pull overs twice a week
>>
i tried watching his how to program workout videos and he just went on with so much pointless shit
>>
>>76596262
trying to make something full body idk how to fit everything without a shit ton of volume
so far:
Day 1 # no legs/ shoulders?
Bench press
Pulldown

Preacher curl
Calf raise

Leg raise
Day 2 #no chest?
Overhead press
Reverse curl

DB rows
Leg curl

Pushdowns
Leg extension
Day 3 #no back?
Squat
EZ bar curl

Lat raise

Skullcrushers
Some sort of fly
>>
>>76594209
is it Markiplier????
>>
>>76596393
Why do Hapas sometimes look Nafri?
>>
the fact so many normies go straight to PPL makes me think its a dog shit routine
>>
>>76596262
If you're doubting if you can finish a set then don't try to finish it. Instead, do what you feel you can do safely but still have to work for it. Then, wait 30 seconds or so and rep out the rest. If you need to do this multiple times to hit your rep goal for your last set then so be it. Alternatively, use a dual progression scheme. So for every jump in weight you take, try to hit 3 reps on your working set. Next session of that compound, 5 reps for your last/working set. Then 8 and if you can hit that successfully then move up in weight. This might seem slow to progress but you'll hit a wall in progress anyway at some point and this is a good way of not snapping your shit up by trying to push huge weights too fast before your tendons/ligaments have adapted.

>try to hit 3 reps on your working set. Next session of that compound, 5 reps for your last/working set. Then 8 and if you can hit that successfully then move up in weight
i usually did 8 to 10 to 12 to 8 but i'll switch to 3 or 4 increments if i can't progress this way anymore
>>76596594
i've been lurking for probably like almost 5 years and i've lifted for a year, went with full body first

His lifting advice is unironically some of the best on the internet

His problem is just not getting to the fucking point, he rambles on so much. Says in 10000 words what he could've said in 100

Why would you ever listen to him? He doesn't have an impressive build and his strength is in the toilet.
>>
>>76597528
>>76598368
he at least speaks very well
pretty impressive (to me, a retard) for someone to speak for that long sans edits without misspeaking in some way
im new to lifting and think i got some good advice from him, but i dont want to hear his opinions on gay philosophy shit or meme shit
ty for reading my retarded opinions on gay meme shit
>>
>>76597528
>His lifting advice is unironically some of the best on the internet
No it isn't. It's mostly generic and the rest is garbage.
>>
>>76598409
>He doesn't have an impressive build
?
>strength
i dont want to strength i want hypertrophy
>>
>>76598415
>i dont want to hear his opinions on gay philosophy shit or meme shit
That's the only stuff on his channel that's worthwhile.
>>
>>76598421
>?
Yeah? Every gym has a ton of guys that look better than him.

>i dont want to strength i want hypertrophy
Tough because they're related. A guy that benches 330 for 10 will always be bigger than a guy that benches 220 for 10.

he looks like he made zero progress in the last 4 years

I liked his readings on Nietzsche. He had a interesting breakdown of "Beyond Good and Evil" and the way it relates to modern topics. I am a nerd though so I understand why other people wouldn't like it.

I don't blame him. It's easy money. These days, anyone can be a life coach/fitness coach. The market for needing an accountability partner is high in-demand.
