Ruptured it doing this stupid exercise. Not really applicable to most people on this forum since majority of people don't do this. I thought I'm safe because I've done this shit since I was 17 but the grim reaper came for my oldcel 26 year old joints after all.

I couldn't lift due to breaking my humerus for 7 months. If it makes you feel any better, it comes back pretty fast. I'd just train legs in the meantime. Mostly machines.

Good luck anon, legs gives you the most of a test boost from training fortunately too. Remember to keep your protein high also. Would not recommend cutting. Here's a pic of the cool scar I got from my humerus, hope you get a cool bicep scar

if you're under 35 and like to lift then get surgery. 70% is way too high of an estimate, you're basically limited to 30lb in that arm for the rest of your life (esp for a complete rupture). Nonsurgical options are for white collar wagie boomers who barely walk half a mile every day.

This makes me nervous. Annon did you train your tendons and work up to doing a backwards lever on the rings? I also do a lot of ring workouts but it took me months to condition my biceps to do bulgarian split dips (weighted) and pelican pushups.
