My OHP has stalled for a few weeks now, but my other lifts haven’t. What gives? I’ve heard that OHP is notorious for stalling with some people, so how do you get through it?

do your max single as many times as possible every sesh
worked 4 me

Mine stalled while training for axle clean and press (continental cleans take a lot out of you) and i broke through the plateau by subtracting the weight of the bar and halving the remaining weight and doing that as circus dumbbell. So it's the same load on your lifting side but less systemic load. I spammed that and it seemed to work magic.
So if your OHP is stalled at 225lb you'd drop to 90 and do dumbbell or kettlebell press for a block.

Went for 3x3-5 and started doing it as my main lift, dropped flat bench completely. Currently at 255x3 at 201 BW.

You're no longer able to add weight to the bar every other workout, or what? How long have you been training?

Add those 2 pound baby plates, don't be an ego lifter. Small steps.

kill yourself xillennial I hope you die from bacon whiskey poisoning

Might be the worst lift at making itself better for some reason. That is other exercises are better, like single arm ohp.

For bench and OHP after I do my 5RM I hit the same weight once a minute until failure.

Either try adding those 1.25kg plates or up the volumes to keep progressing.
Also make sure you aren't thrusting into it with your hips.

First make sure the holy trifecta is handled
>good sleep
>good nutrition (gaining/bulking)
>training properly
If all that is good try
>Adding microplates
>Pushing harder, good chance you're just in your head

Drop the weights by 20% and build back up, adding it back each session.
I got to 100kg OHP at 90kg bw and 188cm pretty casually in 3 years.
All i did was single at 95% and 90%, triple at 85% and 80% and 3-4x5 at 60-65% for volume and i tried Doug Hepburn style training for about 1 year, it worked well.
Then move to tricep and delt accessories.
