I got two dumpbells for a total of 20kgs, a skip rope and a bike+ lots of hiking ground around myself
any regiments/excercise to keep me in shape?

There's plenty you can do with two 10kg dumbbells.

standing dumbbell curl
seated concentration curl (use your other arm as the support
shoulder press
if they are hex dumbbells or otherwise stable, do pushups on them so you can use neutral wrist position and have no strain, plus extra deep stretch at the bottom
lateral raises
tricep extention or rows
fuck the bike, just go for a good walk daily

Do that for a while and you'll get stronger and start wanting a barbell.
