How do I break this cycle. It's killing my gains and recovery. Before as a NEET I could go to sleep and wake up whenever, but my body just wakes up in the middle of the night for no fucking reason.

This shit was was killing me on my cut. Cut caffeine, did breathing exercises but nothing really worked until I took xanax. It works really well for me but I only take it in really low doses and super rarely.
