>>76604740This shit was was killing me on my cut. Cut caffeine, did breathing exercises but nothing really worked until I took xanax. It works really well for me but I only take it in really low doses and super rarely.
For me i think i wake up in the middle of the night and get shitty sleep is cuz of weed. I need to quit the devils lettuce.
