Meh id just do dbs at the gym or get oly dbs for lagging shit when recovering joints to bulk better. However the shitty oly dbs have shitty threading on the end caps and are prone to falling apart. Id still rather it fall off than get above 60lbs shoulder press and have the shitty metal bend and snap.

If you dont use steroids then your clavicles and joints will grow more before hardening. If you start off lifting at a high level and arent rushing despite joint/tendon pain youll grow maximally since your body upregulates gh/test with heavy lifting. Idk if thats a good idea desu because my frame gains slowed when i stopped doing retarded heavy 3-4x/wk bench/delts.

Buuuuuuut my lats are over half of my back and i was just fucking around doing them 3rm max while i couldnt bench much beyond 60-80% 1rm until i tried again like a decade later and it was entirely healed probably because of legs/back/arms nit damaging the same tendons and the hgh/test thing.
