Thoughts on nordic curls? Good, bad, pointless, dangerous? Last leg day I managed to do 2 full reps - slow eccentric, then getting up from lying still, with no assist. Have you ever tried them?

Yes, they are great
>>

They're pretty bad
Difficult to overload safely
Require specific unitasker equipment unlike ring hamstring curls
There's simpler exercises that work the same muscles without the associated risks.
To me it's just an all around loser unless for some reason you cannot do rdl, slick floor bridges, ring hamstring curl, single leg rdl, or putting your feet on the wall and doing hip thrusts into back bridge, bss or some kind of biased squat/lunge.

>>76605286
you didn't, poast video then, coward.
>>
>>76605286
I don't see the point in them when you could just do back extensions.
>>

they're neat but if I cared about big hams id do leg curls or RDLs. it's a good gimmick exercise like wide grip pullups

heel hook is very similar only that u can use gastrocnemius predominantly to perform the motion (and distal parts of hamstrings - oh they look marvelous when they demarcate from quad on the side of leg

just point toes :D
and u can do it first go and control and rack up time under tension unlike with this
>walk on eyelashes
idiocy

I have one question for you. If you have genuinely good advice, why don't you just type properly? You sound like an angry 14 year old. Nobody knows what you're trying to say.

If you've got to the point where you need to overload nordic curls then you're in the 0.001%
