What's the fastest way to get defined abs? I know you need low body fat and le kitchen and stuff. I've been losing weight. But what exercises should I do to make sure once I lose the weight that my abs are showing and are aesthetically pleasing?
Crunches and leg raises (use your abs not your hips )
